another night on the trainer... 10/20s; 1 leg drills; 30/30s

what sort of trainer work outs do you do?
it is hard enough for me to endure 30 minutes due to the monotany
I guess I need to break a sweat and try to shed some of my polar bear winter weight if I am going to try and get this bike up any hills this spring

i've got a couple of workouts that that nancy gave me last year that i've been doing that emphasize leg speed and pedaling efficiency (one leg drills, spin ups) and josef has an LT intervals workout posted on his blog that i was going to try out this week untill i ended up sick for a couple of days.
