Nice shots Joe! Is the focused center and out-of-focus edges just due to a really shallow depth-of-field, or were you doing some other creative stuff?
actually, it's the lens... i bought a lensbaby just after christmas and this was my first experiment with it... it's got a single element uncoated lens that has a lot color fringing and blur outside the central area, with bellows focusing so that you can move the sweet-spot around.
a $100 lens to turn your expensive camera into a cheap plastic camera...
oh, cool. i remember reading about those somewhere. pretty cool effect.
